Following the inauguration, group songs, solo performances and recitations were presented by local artistes at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, according to the District Shilpakala Academy.
On Friday, daylong competitions on dance, recitation, essay writing, debate and extempore speech, alongside various Nazrul-themed cultural contests, were held at the District Shilpakala Academy.
