RAJSHAHI, June 18, 2026 (BSS)- Under the Programme on Agricultural and Rural Transformation for Nutrition, Entrepreneurship and Resilience (PARTNER) in Bangladesh of Barind Multipurpose Development Authority (BMDA), a 3-day training certificate distribution and closing ceremony was held. 

Today, the closing ceremony of the BMDA staff training was held in the conference room of the head office, organized by BMDA. 

25 officers and employees from various regions and zones of BMDA in Rajshahi Division participated in the 3-day training under the PARTNER programme. 

The chief guest at the certificate distribution and closing ceremony was Dr. Md. Abul Kashem, Additional Chief Engineer of BMDA and APD of the PARTNER programme. 

Also present at the event were Superintending Engineers Nazirul Islam and Zinnurain Khan, Executive Engineers Enamul Kader, Moniruzzaman Monir and Atiqur Rahman and Monitoring Officer Shaktiar Jahan, along with other officials. 

After the training, the chief guest handed over certificates to the 25 participants.
