RANGPUR, Feb 24, 2026 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 in three separate drives seized huge drugs and arrested five presumed drug dealers from different places of Lalmonirhat, Dinajpur and Nilphamari districts in the last 24 hours ending at 6 am today.

The seized contraband drugs included 343 bottles of phensedyl-like ESKuf syrup and 99 bottles of Fairdyl syrup and 20.7-kg of ganja and a private car, a press release said here this afternoon.

The arrestees were identified as Md Jahenur Islam Jiban, 24, of Dinajpur district, Md Raju, 40, Md Sujan Islam, 27, Md Sujan Islam, 22, and Md Chobinur Begum , 48, of different villages in Nilphamari district.

Three separate cases have been in these connections.

Arrested persons and seized drugs were handed over to the concerned police stations of Lalmonirhat, Dinajpur and Nilphamari districts for further legal action.
