RANGAMATI, Jan 28, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate for Rangamati parliamentary constituency (No. 299) Dipen Dewan carried out mass contact and leaflet distribution in several areas, including Kutukchhari Bazar under Rangamati Sadar upazila, on Wednesday.
Dipen Dewan, joint secretary for Religious Affairs of the BNP National Executive Committee, began the mass communication campaign at Kutukchhari Bazar in the morning as part of preparations for the upcoming national election.
District BNP Joint Secretary Ejaz Nabi Reza, Organizing Secretary Shashat Chakma Rinku, Rangamati Sadar upazila BNP President Mujibul Haque, General Secretary Ronel Dewan, former District Swechchhasebak Dal President Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Sadar Upazila Jubo Dal Convener Md. Anwar, and leaders and activists of BNP and its associate organizations were present during the programme.
Addressing local residents, BNP-nominated candidate Dipen Dewan said that if BNP forms the government in the future, the Chittagong Hill Tracts will be developed as a region of harmony, free from discrimination.
He added that BNP aims to build the country with the participation of people from all walks of life.
Dipen Dewan urged voters to cast their ballots in favor of the BNP by voting for the party’s electoral symbol, the Sheaf of Paddy, in the February 12 election.
