DHAKA, Dec 24, 2025 (BSS) - The Election Commission (EC) has issued a gazette redrawing the boundaries of four Jatiya Sangsad (JS) constituencies in Pabna and Faridpur districts. 

The four constituencies are Pabna-1, Pabna-2, Faridpur-2, and Faridpur-4. The EC made this decision on boundary redefinition following writ petitions filed with the High Court division., an official release said.

According to the gazette published on December 24, 2025, Pabna-1 now includes Santhia Upazila and parts of Bera Upazila, namely Bera Municipality, Haturia Nakalia Union, Notun Barenga Union, Chakla Union, and Kaitola Union.

Pabna-2 includes Sujanagar Upazila and all areas of Bera Upazila except the Bera Municipality and the four unions- Haturia Nakalia, Notun Barenga, Chakla, and Kaitola.

Faridpur-2 now comprises Nagarkanda Upazila and Saltha Upazila.

Faridpur-4 now comprises Bhanga Upazila, Charbhadrasan Upazila, and Sadar Upazila.
