RANGPUR, Dec 22, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Party (Ansar- VDP) has opened a grand horizon for employment creation through timely training to create disciplined and skilled human resources, entrepreneurs and self-employment.
 
Deputy Director General of Ansar-VDP’s Rangpur Range Mohammad Abdul Awal said this at the closing ceremony of the 14-day Upazila/Thana Ansar Basic Training (7th Phase) course today as the chief guest.
 
As many as 134 young educated Ansar members participated in the training course held at the Mahiganj Ansar-VDP Training Center in Rangpur city.
 
Presided over by Rangpur District Commandant Rashedul Islam, Sadar Upazila Trainer Md Moniruzzaman also spoke at the ceremony. 
 
The Deputy Director General said that the higher authorities of the disciplined Ansar-VDP force are making relentless efforts to establish this force in a dignified and strong position by enhancing the professional skills of its members.
 
He expressed his sincere gratitude to the higher authorities for initiating this groundbreaking technical, vocational and self-employment training programmes across the country with the aim of creating skilled human resources. 
 
He especially inspired the trainees to take training on the mission and vision of changing the destiny and contributing to the development of the country by utilizing the basic Ansar training knowledge. 
 
“In the upcoming 13th Jatiya Sangsad elections, the trained Ansar members will have to play an important role in holding a fair and peaceful election process by performing their duties at the polling stations,” the Deputy Director General said.

Later, the chief guest recited the oath of allegiance to the country to the basic trainees, distributed crests to the best trainees and training certificates to all trainees.
