NAOGAON, May 18, 2025 (BSS) - Upazila Women's Affairs Office distributed rice 
among 235 beneficiaries under VWB (Vulnerable Women Benefit) programme for 
the year 2023-2024 at Mithapur union in Badalgachi upazila of the district 
today.

Upazila Women's Affairs Officer Faruk Ahmed distributed the food grain as the 
chief guest at a function held at Mithapur Union Parishad.

Tag Officer Prem Kumar, Union Administrative Officer Nahid Akhter, Assistant 
Secretary Anwar Hossain, Panel Chairman and member Harun Rashid and Mamunur 
Rashid, member Emran Sarkar Lithan, member Asit and other female members were 
present at the time.

The chief guest said, "Rice will be distributed to eight unions of the 
upazila in phases."
