CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Oct 2, 2023 (BSS) - Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a woman with 205 grams of heroin from Chapainawabganj sadar upazila yesterday afternoon.

The arrested was identified as Mst Lusiara Begum, 45 of Sarjon Mohipur village under Chapainawabganj sadar upazila.

RAB said, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp, on detective information, conducted a raid at Sarjon Mohipur village under Chapainawabganj sadar upazila at around 2-30 pm and arrested Lusiara with the heroin.

Later the elite force handed her over to the police of Chapainawabganj sadar thana with a case, the sources added.
