DHAKA, July 29, 2026 (BSS)- International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman of Bangladesh defeated FIDE Master Mikayel Manvelyan of Armenia in the eighth round of Oskemen Open Masters Chess Tournament which is now being held in Oskemen, Kazakhstan.

He secured four points from eight games.

Earlier, in the seventh round, Fahad secured an impressive victory over FIDE Master Shubhi Gupta of India.
