DHAKA, Jan 1, 2026 (BSS) -The 1st CAS International Squash 2026, one of the largest in the subcontinent, will begin at the Army Squash Complex in Dhaka Cantonment and Bashundhara Sports City tomorrow (Friday).

The tournament featuring the participation of twenty four world-ranked professional squash players from ten countries, proves that squash has not only been reborn in Bangladesh, but Bangladesh is also becoming known to the world through squash.

For the first time, world-ranked players from India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt and Japan will be competing in this prestigious international squash meet which will be held under the direct patronage of the Army Chief.

Participating ten countries are host Bangladesh, Belgium, Bahrain, Egypt, Hongkong, India, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia and Pakistan.
