DHAKA, Aug 13, 2026 (BSS)- Rakib Hossain scored a magnificent hat-trick as  Ansar and Village Football Club registered an overwhelming 5-1 goal victory over Warriors Sports Academy in the Men’s Futsal League Bangladesh held today (Thursday) at Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in the city’s Mirpur.  

In the day’s match, Rakib scored hat-trick with three goals in the 19th, 29th and 32nd minutes while Debarata Deb and UChathoai Marma supported him with a lone goal each in the 2nd and 8th minutes respectively for Ansar.

Tarikul Islam netted a lone goal for Warriors in the 27th minute of the match.    

Earlier, on the day in the women’s Futsal League, Ansar and Village Football Club, riding on Mamoni Chakma’s brilliant hat-trick, recorded an exciting 4-3 goal victory over Warriors Sports Academy also held at the same venue.
