DHAKA, Sept 25, 2021 (BSS)-The Bangladesh women’s football team take on Hong Kong Football Association (HFA) in the friendly football match scheduled to be held tomorrow at Jar Academy Stadium in

Uzbekistan.

The match kicks off at 4 pm (BST).

Ahead of the friendly match, team’s head coach Golam Robbani Choton said the girls played against strong and experienced Jordan and Iran  in the recently concluded Asian Cup qualifiers round and they have learned from those matches through subsequent evaluation and review, according to a message received here from Bangladesh Football
Federation (BFF) today.

As the HFA and BFF share the same vision for the development of
football in the country and the development of the style of playing
for girls, so we have the opportunity to play a practice match with an
international women's team, Robbani said.

The Bangladesh’s coach said although Sunday’s match is not a FIFA
Tier-1 match, but the match would bring a lot of benefits for the
girls and they would be able to gain good experience from that match.

The coach also thanked the BFF and the HFA for organizing the friendly match.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh women’s football team, split into two
groups, had their training session today morning and completed the gym session in the afternoon at the team’s hotel as a part of preparation
