CHATTOGRAM, May 14, 2026 (BSS)- City Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain today emphasized on moral values, humanity and social responsibility in shaping a student's future.

He said this while speaking as chief guest at the annual prize distribution and meritorious students’ reception at Kapasgola City Corporation Girls' High School in the city today.

The mayor urged students to prioritize their character development alongside academic achievements.

 The program was chaired by CCC Chief Education Officer Dr. Kissinger Chakma with Chattogram Education Board Chairman Professor Abdullah Al Mamun Chowdhury as the guest of honor.

The event was attended by teachers, guardians, students, and local dignitaries.
