DHAKA, May 07, 2026 (BSS)- A daylong measles-rubella vaccination campaign was held at the Bottola adjacent to Arts Faculty of Dhaka University today under the initiative of DU Rover Scout Group.

Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (admin) Prof. Sayema Haque Bidisha inaugurated the programme organised with the support of Dhaka South City Corporation.

Secretary of Dhaka University Rover Scout Group Dr Mumit Al Rashid chaired the inaugural function while Dean of the Faculty of Arts Prof. Abul Kalam Sarker and health officials of DSCC were present.

All under-five year children of university teachers, officers and employees received the vaccine, après release said.
