DHAKA, May 7, 2026 (BSS) – State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Sultan Salauddin Tuku expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Begum Jebunnesa, mother of Social Welfare,  Women and Child Affairs Minister Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain.

In a condolence message, he prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family, admirers and well-wishers.

Begum Jebunnesa passed away on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at a city hospital at the age of 83.
