DHAKA, May 6, 2026 (BSS) - Police have arrested 73 individuals in separate drives across the Tejgaon Division for their alleged involvement in various crimes.

According to a police press release, the operation was carried out on Tuesday in different crime-prone areas under the division.

Of the arrestees, 9 from Tejgaon, 12 from Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, 14 from Hatirjheel, 5 from Adabor, 21 from Mohammadpur, and 12 from Tejgaon Industrial areas. 

All the arrested individuals have been sent to the court for legal proceedings, police said.
