DHAKA, May 5, 2026 (BSS) - Tejgaon Division of  Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in a special anti-crime operation arrested 92 persons, according to an official press release.

Police said the arrests were made during a routine drive conducted on Monday in different crime-prone areas under the division.

Among the arrestees, 18 were from Tejgaon Police Station area, 6 from Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, 7 from Hatirjheel, 11 from Adabor, 43 from Mohammadpur, and 7 from Tejgaon Industrial Area.

Authorities confirmed that the arrested were produced before the court following the operation.
