DHAKA, April 24, 2026 (BSS) - Members of the Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested a suspected member of a fraud gang from the capital's Ramna area and recovered a stolen CNG from his possession.

The arrestee was identified as Md Suman Howlader, 24.

A press release signed by Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (Media and Public Relations) N.M. Nasiruddin confirmed the information today.

DB Motijheel Division carried out a drive at Ramna Shopping Complex on Wednesday night and arrested Suman, said the release.

A regular case has been filed against the accused with Ramna Police Station.
