SAVAR, Feb 26, 2026 (BSS)- Amanullah Aman, parliament member from Savar-Keraniganj area has said there will be no mercy to extortionists and drug traders in his parliamentary area.

“In dhaka-2 constituency there will be no room for extortionists, terrorists and drug peddlers.They will not be spared, regardless of which party they belong,” he said.

He made this remark while speaking at a views-exchange meeting with local government officials at the Savar Upazila Parishad hall room this noon.

Aman also instructed the concerned authorities to take effective measures to curb such harmful and dangerous elements.

“Unlike the leaders of the past autocratic government, none will be allowed to forcibly grab land or houses of innocent people in his constituency,” he said adding that “If anyone attempts to do so, they will be handed over to law enforcement agencies.”

During the meeting, the Aman Ullah also urged all to follow the building code while constructing residential and commercial buildings.

Savar Upazila Nirbah Officer (UNO) Saiful Islam was present.
