DHAKA, Dec 31, 2025 (BSS) - In the ongoing nationwide Operation Devil Hunt Phase-2, police have arrested 507 more crime suspects and seized 17 more firearms in the past 24 hours. 

The Police Headquarters in a statement today confirmed the arrests and seizure.  

During the operation, police searched 29,137 motorcycles and 32, 065 vehicles. 

As a result of the searches, 272 illegal motorcycles were seized for violations related to registration and other legal requirements.

The decision to launch "Operation Devil Hunt Phase-2" was taken on December 13, 2025, with the aim of stopping the activities of fascist terrorists, he said.
