DHAKA, Dec 21, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman today visited the grave of Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Manch and a key figure of the July uprising. 

Following Fajr prayers at the Dhaka University Central Mosque, Dr Shafiqur Rahman, accompanied by party leaders and activists, paid tribute by offering prayers at the grave early morning.

During the visit, the Jamaat Ameer and the leaders offered prayers, seeking eternal peace for the departed soul and reaffirmed their commitment to the ideals and aspirations associated with the July uprising.

Jamaat Ameer was accompanied by its Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim, Central Executive Council Member Md Mobarak Hossain, Dhaka Metropolitan South Nayeb-e-Ameer Advocate Helal Uddin and Secretary Shafiqul Islam Masud. 

Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Central President Jahidul Islam, Office Secretary Sibgatullah Sibga, Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) Vice President Md Abu Shadik Kayem and General Secretary SM Farhad were also present on the occasion.
