DHAKA, Dec 10, 2025 (BSS) – The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner today urged everyone to refrain from unauthorized gatherings in the capital.

“The DMP will take legal action against those who violate the instructions,” said a statement issued today by the DMP’s Media and Public Relations Division.

The statement added that the schedule for the 13th National Parliament elections will be announced soon and that the interim government has called on all to avoid illegal and unauthorized public gatherings and movements.

It also sought the cooperation of all city dwellers in this regard.
