DU JCD sets up 7 help desks, medical camp for admission seekers

DHAKA, Dec 5, 2025 (BSS) - The Dhaka University (DU) unit of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) has taken an initiative to set up seven help desks and a medical camp on the campus premises to assist admission seekers and their guardians ahead of the Business Studies Unit admission test.

The test for the 2025-26 academic year has been scheduled for tomorrow (December 6).

According to a DU JCD release, a total of seven help desks and one medical camp will be installed at key points on the campus to support admission candidates. 

DU JCD President Ganesh Chandra Roy Sahas and its General Secretary Nahiduzzaman Shipon approved the initiative, reaffirming the organisation's commitment to assisting students in their academic journey.

The help desks will provide services, including guidance in locating exam centres, providing safe drinking water and saline, seating arrangements for guardians, transportation support for urgent movement to exam halls, primary medical assistance and other essential support.

The help desks are installed at the Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), the main gate of the Arts Building, Hakim Chattar, Kazi Motahar Hossain Building, Mokarram Building, Udayan Higher Secondary School and the area adjacent to Curzon Hall.
 
The medical camp will operate at the Hakim Chattar near the Central Library.
