DHAKA, Dec 3, 2025 (BSS) – Islami Andolan Bangladesh (IAB)'s Senior Nayeb-e-Ameer Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim visited BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia at Evercare Hospital this afternoon to inquire about her health condition.

During the visit, he spoke with BNP leaders present at the hospital. He was also briefed by the attending physicians about Khaleda Zia’s latest medical status.

He offered prayers seeking her quick recovery and long life.

“Khaleda Zia is a veteran and experienced political leader. The nation needs her presence in this critical period,” Mufti Faizul Karim said, expressing solidarity with BNP leaders, activists, and her family on behalf of IAB.

He was accompanied by the party’s Senior Joint Secretary General and spokesperson Maulana Gazi Ataur Rahman and Joint Secretary General Maulana Sheikh Fazle Bari Masud.
