RAJSHAHI, March 20, 2026 (BSS) - Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu, MP, has distributed fish among students of various orphanages and madrasas in Rajshahi today.
 
Today (Friday), a fish harvesting program was organized at a pond adjacent to the District Administration office.
 
The pond fishes were later handed over to representatives of three orphanages and seven madrasas.
 
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Bazlur Rashid, DIG of Rajshahi Range Mohammad Shahjahan, Deputy Commissioner Afia Akhtar, and other senior administrative officials were present at the event.
 
According to the organizers, the initiative was taken to help meet the nutritional needs of orphaned and madrasa students and to stand by them.
