DHAKA, Jan 12, 2026 (BSS) – The Bangladesh University Grants Commission’s (UGC) postponed MCQ recruitment examination for the posts of Assistant Secretary and Assistant Director will be held on January 16.

UGC Secretary Dr Md Fakhrul Islam informed today that the exam will be held on Friday from 10 am to 11 am on the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) campus.

The revised seating plan for candidates has already been published on the Commission’s website (www.ugc.gov.bd). The seat arrangement was uploaded on January 8, he added.
