An online transfer system has been introduced for private secondary level teachers, which was not there earlier. It will reduce the boredom caused by working in the same place for a long time and will inspire them to work in a new environment as they have the opportunity to change places.
In addition, the salaries and allowances of MPO-listed teachers and employees are being paid through the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) system to ease the process. Earlier, this process was done manually and teachers and employees had to visit different offices.

The draft of the relevant regulations has already been prepared and sent for vetting and is expected to be implemented by August.
In the budget for the fiscal year 2025-26, an allocation of Tk 47,563 crore has been proposed for the secondary and higher education sector, which is more than the previous fiscal year. Textbooks have already been revised and updated to improve the quality of education.
Under the Secondary and Higher Education Department, a plan has been taken to develop educational infrastructure at a cost of Tk 1,957 crore through 62 projects including building ICT infrastructure in Dhaka University, BUET and JUST to boost-up research and start-up initiatives.
In addition, stipends are being provided to 51 lakh in secondary, 8 lakh higher secondary and one lakh 65 thousand meritorious students of undergraduate level in the current fiscal year.
