DHAKA, Oct 10, 2021 (BSS) - Rain or thunder showers is likely to occur at

one or two places over Chattogram division and weather may remain mainly dry
with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.

 Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said
a met office release here today.

 The axis of monsoon runs through East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal to
Assam across central part of Bangladesh. Monsoon is less active over
Bangladesh and weak over North Bay.

    Country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded by 36.5 degree
celsius at Tarash under Rajshahi division and minimum temperature today was
recorded by 23.2 degree celsius at Tetulia under Rangpur division.

    Maximum rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6:00 am today was
recorded by 12 millimeters (mm) jointly at Maijid Court and Feni.
