DHAKA, Sept 28, 2021 (BSS) - The qulkhwani of former managing editor of the national news agency Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Hamiduzzaman Robi will be held at his Dhanmondi residence here on Friday. 

  "Qulkhwani of my father will be held after Asr prayers on Friday at House No. 22, Road No. 15 (New) in Dhanmondi Residential Area," his son Sakib Pratyay told BSS. 

  All relatives, friends, well-wishers and professional colleagues have been requested to attend the Qulkhwani of Robi. 

  He was laid to eternal rest in Rayer Bazar graveyard at 11pm on Monday after holding his namaz-e-janaza at Dhanmondi residence.

  Senior journalist Hamiduzzaman Robi passed away at the age of 74 at a city hospital on Monday evening. 

  He left behind his wife, two sons, a host of professional colleagues, relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death. 

  Robi fell sick and rushed to the city's Ibn Sina Hospital in Shangkar when his oxygen level came down alarmingly.
