DHAKA, Jan 21, 2024 (BSS) - US-Bangladesh Business Council Board of Directors' Chair Steven Kobos and President of US-Bangladesh Business Council Amb. (ret.) Atul Keshap have congratulated Sheikh Hasina on her reelection of Prime Minister.

In a greeting letter sent to Bangladesh Premier, Steven Kobos also the President and CEO of Excelerate Energy and Amb.(ret.) Atul Keshap, also the Senior Vice President South Asia US Chamber of Commerce, wrote that "On behalf of the US-Bangladesh Business Council, we extend our congratulations and warmest wishes on your re-election".

They praised Sheikh Hasina's efforts in leading the country to achieve the vision of 'Sonar Bangla' dreamt by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

They added, "Bangladesh stands proudly on the world stage as a model of human-centric development, an example of what can be achieved when the talent and entrepreneurship of a great nation's citizens are amplified and empowered by policies that enable, encourage, and unlock economic growth".

Both the leaders said, "The US-Bangladesh Business Council and the US private sector look forward to continuing our steadfast collaboration with you and your government and people to carry the momentum forward as thoughtful partners through constructive consultations and engagements".

They ended, saying: "We welcome the opportunity to contribute to the incredible growth story of Smart Bangladesh and advance the partnership between the Bangladeshi and American people".
