DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md. Abdus Sattar has won from Nilphamari-1 constituency in the 13th national parliamentary election.

He bagged 150,824 votes while his nearest rival Jomiyat-e-Ulama-e-Islam candidate Maulana Md. Manjurul Islam obtained 119,059 votes.

The results were announced unofficially at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
