DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Md. Abdus Salam has won from Thakurgaon-2 constituency in the 13th national parliamentary election.

He secured 121,017 votes while his nearest rival Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md. Abdul Hakim received 115,707 votes.

The results were announced unofficially at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
