DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) –Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate won from Jashore-6 constituency in the 13th national parliament election.

He secured 92,234 votes while his nearest rival BNP candidate Md. Abul Hossain Azad received 80,141 votes.

In referendum, 1,34,089 people have cast ‘Yes’ votes and 63,105 others cast ‘No’ votes. 

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban, Agargaon in the capital today.
