DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Dr Muhammad Osman Faruque has been elected unofficially from Kishoreganj-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 112,466 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Jehad Khan received 102,476 votes.

In the referendum, 143,571 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 61,393 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
