DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - In the 13th National Parliamentary Election, independent candidate Mohammad Salman Omar has been declared winner 
unofficially from Mymensingh-1 constituency with 1,08,265 votes.

His nearest rival, BNP-nominated candidate Syed Emran Saleh received 1, 01,926 votes.

In the constituency, 1, 69,644 votes were cast in favor of "Yes" in the referendum while 66,607 votes were cast for "No".

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital's Agargaon area today.
