NARSINGDI, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS)-Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, a standing committee 
member of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and newly elected Member of 
Parliament from Narsingdi-2, said the latest election has proved that the 
people of Bangladesh love the BNP.

He made the remarks while speaking to journalists on Friday noon at his 
residence in Charnagardi area under Palash upazila of Narsingdi, reacting to 
the post-election situation.

Dr. Khan said various discussions and surveys had circulated on social media 
centering the election, creating many speculations. "But the country's people 
have taken the right decision," he said.

He also said that whenever political crises emerged in the country, people 
made the right choices. "When politicians made mistakes, when economists made 
mistakes, when intellectuals, teachers and the elite class made mistakes, the 
common people of Bangladesh did not," he added.
