DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Jamaat candidate Md Kamal Hossain has been elected unofficially from the Dhaka-5 constituency in the 13th national parliamentary election.

He secured 96,641 votes while his nearest rival BNP candidate Nobiullah received 87,491 votes.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in capital s Agargaon today.
