DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate SM Rafiqul Islam has been elected unofficially from Gazipur-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 162,343 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish candidate Md Ehasanul Haque received 100,539 votes.

In the referendum, 195,355 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 80,266 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
