BNP candidate Md Abdul Mohit Talukder -File photo

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Md Abdul Mohit Talukder has been elected unofficially from Bogura-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 127,406 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Nur Mohammad received 111,026 votes.

In the referendum, 153007 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 67604 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
