DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Jashim Uddin Ahmed has been elected unofficially from Chattogram-14 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 76,493 votes while his nearest rival Liberal Democratic Party-LDP candidate Omar Faruque received 75,467 votes.

In the referendum, 105,032 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 72,266 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
