DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Lutfur Rahman has been elected unofficially from Cox's Bazar-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 182,096 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Shahidul Alam Bahadur received 161,827 votes.

In the referendum, 238,991 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 94,074 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
