DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Kazi Rafiqul Islam has been elected unofficially from Bogura-1 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 171,440 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md Shahabuddin received 57,959 votes.

In the referendum, 140,249 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 60,702 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
