DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate M Iqbal Hossain has been elected unofficially from the Mymensingh-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliament Election.

He secured 75,320 votes while his nearest rival independent candidate Ahmmad Tayebur Rahman received 65,995 votes.

In the referendum, 104,092 voters cast 'Yes' votes while 42,675 others cast 'No' votes in this constituency.

The results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in Agargaon in the capital today.
