BNP's Munshi Rafiqul Alam unofficially elected in Feni-1

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate Munshi Rafiqul Alam has been unofficially elected from the Feni-1 constituency in the 13th National Parliamentary Election, securing 119,904 votes.

According to the unofficially announced results, his closest rival, SM Kamal Uddin of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami received 85,615 votes.

In the same constituency, a total of 139,549 'yes' votes were cast, while 60,458 voters cast 'no' votes.

The information was disclosed during a formal briefing at the Referendum and Thirteenth National Parliamentary Election 2026 Results Collection and Presentation Center of the Election Commission, held at the Agargaon Election Building in the capital.
