DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Md Lutfor Rahman has clinched victory in the unofficial result of the Tangail-4 constituency in the 13th Jatiya Sangsad election.

He secured 1, 05,342 votes while his nearest rival independent candidate Abdul Latif Siddiqui received 62,509 votes.

In the referendum, 1, 33,210 voters cast "Yes" votes, while 64,711 persons voted "No".

The result was announced today at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital's Agargaon.
