DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - BNP candidate Dr Mohammad Mahabubur Rahman has unofficially been declared winner from Mymensingh-7 in the 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Election.

He bagged 99,049 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md Asaduzzaman got 84,851 votes.

In the referendum, 1,49,865 voters cast votes for 'Yes' while 45,440 others cast 'No' votes. 

The results were announced from the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital's Agargaon today.
