DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS)- Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)-nominated 
candidate Mohammad Enamul Haque has been declared winner from Chattogram-12 
constituency in unofficial results of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Election.

He bagged 1, 35,044 votes while his nearest rival Bangladesh Islami Front 
candidate Syed Ear Mohammad Piyaru got 28,999 votes.

In the Referendum, 57,318 voters cast votes for 'Yes' while 1,26,814 others 
cast 'No' votes in the referendum. 

Election Commission Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed announced the result at the 
Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban in the 
capital's Agargaon today.
