DHAKA, Feb 12, 2026 (BSS) - Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today closely monitored the nationwide voting process from the Police Headquarters Control Room here.

During the monitoring, Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam were also present, according to a statement from the Chief Adviser's Press Wing.

Besides, the Chief Adviser observed the overall voting situation from a temporary monitoring facility set up at the state guest house Jamuna.
