DHAKA, Feb 3, 2026 (BSS) - The Election Commission (EC) has launched the Smart Election Management BD app ahead of the upcoming 13th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) polls and the Referendum.

"The Election Commission has launched the Smart Election Management BD app on the occasion of the upcoming 13th Jatiya Sangsad polls and Referendum," said a release signed by Director (Public Relations) and Information Officer of the EC Secretariat Md Ruhul Amin Mollik today.

He said the app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Voters can search for polling stations using their National Identity Card (NID) number through the app.

"Information such as the polling station's location (geo-location), photo, distance, map, and more can be accessed through the app. In addition, details about registered political parties, affidavits of all candidates contesting the election, election results, and other election-related information are also available," the EC official added.
