RANGPUR, Feb 2. 2026 (BSS)- Marking the 13th Jatiya Sangsad Election and 
referendum, the Mobile Music Festival with Truck has been inaugurated in 
Panchagarh with the aim of motivating voters, informing them about the code 
of conduct and increasing public awareness. 

Deputy Commissioner of Panchagarh Kazi Md Sayemuzzaman inaugurated the music 
festival by cutting a ribbon in a colorful ceremony held at his office 
premises of the sub-Himalayan district town as the chief guest on Monday.

Panchagarh District Information Office organised this event, a press note 
issued by Rangpur Regional PID Office said here this afternoon.

Panchagarh District Election Officer Md Manjurul Hasan, representatives of 
the European Union (EU) Election Observation Mission Bangladesh-2026 Mashu 
Dimma Poulsen and Raffaele Ditadi and officers and employees of the 
Panchagarh District Information Office were present at the inaugural 
ceremony.
